Relationship Manager - Sales - Financial Institution Group (3-10 yrs)

A private bank in India requires "Relationship Manager-Financial Institution Group.

Job location : Mumbai

Qualification : MBA/CA or any Post Graduation

Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Bank

Salary : 10 to 14 lpa + PLI applicable

Job Role : 

- Develop and enhance the broader business relationship with Financial Institutions (FI) clients

- Lead, manage and develop client relationship by providing relationship management coverage, and supporting business growth across product segments

- Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships with customers

- Follow the principles of lead oneself, lead the business and provide the highest levels of service to customers

- Facilitate the delivery of integrated, end-to-end solutions

- Ensure a single point of contact for the relevant services

- Demonstrate the performance by driving the assigned KPIs

- To enhance Banks Share of Wallet (SoW) across products by establishing high standards of delivery

- Extensively liaising with various internal departments of the Bank

- Keep a track of relevant transactions happening in the market

- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Competencies : 

- Deep knowledge, sound understanding and experience of Payments, Trade Finance and all other Treasury related products and solutions and proven track record of marketing such products and services

- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulations

- An effective communicator

- Self-motivated with a strong goal orientation and can work well in a team orientated environment

- Able to travel frequently as business requires
