Responsibilities Of Candidates Includes :
- Managing Incoming Calls And Customer Service Inquiries
- Generating Sales Leads That Develop Into New Customers
- Identifying And Assessing Customers- Needs To Achieve Satisfaction
Selection Process :
- Candidate Has To Sell 3 Courses (2999rs - 3 Months Or 5999rs - 12 Months Or 9999rs - 36 Months) During The Training Period To Get A Confirmed Job
- During The Training Of 7 Days, The Candidate Has To Complete 10 Assessments
- 7 Assessments Will Be Based On Theory And 3 Assessments Will Be Based On Practical Subscription Selling
Post Selection (Salary Details):
- 100% Salary If 4 Hours Of Connected Talktime / Day Is Completed
- 75% Salary If 3 Hours Of Connected Talktime / Day Is Completed
- 50% Salary If 2 Hours Of Connected Talktime / Day Is Completed
