Job Description :
- Looking for Relationship Manager for Leading life insurance company having 1 years in banking or insurance experience.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 10-12 front-line employees, support and guide the team members in achieving their monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
- Align team members to the people and business objectives of the Company.
- Engage in joint fieldwork to support assigned teams and advisors.
- Handhold a team of front-line managers and advisors for a long and successful career.
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry.
- 2 + Years of Experience in the Life insurance Sector.
Age : 24 to 38 years.
- Team handling experience is highly preferable.
