- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and potential customers to drive business growth.

- Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.

- Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them effectively.

- Educate customers about Life Insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and terms and conditions.

- Provide regular updates to customers on their policies, premium payments, and other related information.

- Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and policies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Must have minimum 1 year Life Insurance Sales Experience

- Proven track record in sales and customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good organizational and time-management
