Relationship Manager - Sales - Demat/Trading Account (0-15 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Sales for DEMAT & Trading A/c opening process
- Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds
- Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
- To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
Skills:
1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.
2. Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi (English and Hindi mandatory)
3. Basic Share Market & Mutual Fund is mandatory
Key parameter for screening:
Aggressive / sales oriented candidates
Mutual Fund knowledge is MUST.
