Job Role :
Client Acquisition :
- Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of our current account offerings.
- Convert leads into active clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
- Build the Current Account book.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting various banking products, such as POS, QR, MB/IB/CIB.
Sales Target :
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Product Knowledge :
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our current account products, features, and benefits.
- Articulate product details to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating how our offerings meet their financial requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service
- Max CTC - Min 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs
- Candidate with 3+ Years of experience
- Applicable for both Male/Female candidates
-Must be minimum graduate
- Age limit is upto 35 yrs
- Notice Period - 30 Days to 60 Days Preferrable
