Relationship Manager - Sales - Current Account (3-6 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced Current Account Relationship Manager to join our team! Ensure banking targets are met with of focus on defined income objectives. Ensure base penetration is done with all relevant products. Customer-level profitability objectives to be met by self and team.

- Roles and Responsibilities of Current Account Relationship Manager :

- Customer engagement/personal visits at a pre-defined frequency

- Customer Service : Specialized resource to pro-actively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc to ensure primary banking behavior

- Enhance Relationship Value Enhancement

- Help customers with appropriate products to fulfill family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximize relationship value

- Central Initiatives : Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance

- Ensure action on central triggers/customer service initiatives

- Help customers with appropriate products to fulfill family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximize relationship value

- Skills :

- Sales and Influencing Skills

- Banking Product & Process Knowledge

- Planning and Organizing Skills

- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial industry

- Good & Strong Communication Skills.

- Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in the Sales/ BFSI Domain.

- Local candidate with a good local network.
