Job Role: Relationship Manager- Credit Card
- We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and manage our
relationships with our largest and most complex partners.
- Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met, and proactively seeking out new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed credit card sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and monitor performance of DSAs to maximize sales potential.
- Build strong relationships with DSAs, banking partners, and internal teams.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve objectives.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement control measures.
Requirements :-
- 1+ years of credit card sales and DSA channel management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of credit card products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
