The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Approach potential clients for the broking services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the broking firm.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales to ensure client retention.
- Actively source new leads through various channels and referrals.
Ideal Candidate :
- Should be a Graduate in any field
- Should have good Communication Skills
- Should know how to speak English Language in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
