Our client is looking for a Relationship Manager

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

- Approach potential clients for the broking services.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.

- Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the broking firm.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales to ensure client retention.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.

- Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the broking firm.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales to ensure client retention.

- Actively source new leads through various channels and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
