Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Position: Relationship Manager - BFSI Sector
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the BFSI sector, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable life insurance solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales within the BFSI sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Compensation:
- We offer a fixed CTC of 3.75 LPA along with additional benefits.
