Relationship manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
- The Banking Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in the financial institution, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, managing their financial needs, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client financial objectives, needs, and preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all banking services and queries.
- Provide financial guidance and advice tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Requirements :
- Qualification : Any Graduation/Post Graduation
- Experience : Minimum 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in the Banking, Life Insurance or Investment Domain
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
