Designation : Relationship Manager/Executive Relationship Manager
CTC Package : 21.80 to 3.20 LPA per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether
- It meets the customer's requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customers leads to own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert
- The lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/upsell products.
Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduation
Age : 21 to 37 years
CTC : up to 2.60 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in any sales or BFSI Sector
