Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Summary :
We are looking for those candidate who can give potential to the company and foremost important is to handle clients and maintain healthy relationship with clients that can increase the sales/marketing in the organization.
Roles and duties :
- To research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss products.
- Advise clients on the policies that best suit their needs
- Customize programs to suit individual clients
- Deliver approved to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the products
- Re-assess the products needs of existing clients after life-changing events
- Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.

4. Problem solving skills
Experience : Mini. 2 Years experience in Sales/Marketing and in BFSI /insurance Sector
CTC: Up to 3.10 LPA + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
