Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- To build good relationship with clients and customers
- To be expected to source new business.
- To be expected to achieve the business targets allocated.
- To build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- To work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
- To notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to communicate confidently
- Self-motivation
Candidate Requirements:
- Salary: 2.40 LPA + Incentives + Performance bonus + Medical benefits and other benefits
- Education: Bachelor`s (Preferred)
- Experience: Total 2 to 3 years preferred in sales and marketing
