Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets

- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new project release launches.

- Report on sales activities to senior management

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base and Broker network.

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency

- To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan

- To ensure rollout of all the promotional and contest programs effectively

Candidate Criteria :

Qualification : Bachelors' Degree (preferred)

Experience : Minimum 1 to 4 years' experience in BFSI sales

Skills : Decision making, excellent communication, Leadership, negotiation skills , presentation skills.

- Familiarity with salesforce.

Salary : Up to 4.50 LPA
