SME/Business Banking Relationship Manager
Job Description :
- Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of Business Banking (SME)
- Deliver month on month targets on Business Banking (SME) Loan Disbursals, Fund based and non - fund based, Processing Fee, Fee Income, CA Balance and Portfolio Health
- Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support
- Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit
- Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery/restructuring efforts if any
- Build and manage an asset portfolio which contributes to Business Banking (SME) Banking and generate profits at satisfactory risk reward ratios
- Work closely with the Business Banking (SME) Regional Head and Transaction Banking team to develop sales strategy for Business Banking (SME) clients
- Identify market trend and target customers - needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for Business Banking (SME) clients
