Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (3-8 yrs)
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. A good team leader handles the team and achieve the set target.
Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 8 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
