Job Description :
Sales and Business Development : Identify potential clients and actively generate leads through various channels. Present and explain life insurance products to prospects, understanding their needs, and customizing insurance solutions accordingly.
Client Relationship Management : Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Achievement of Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the agency and company.
Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our insurance products and gain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with team members agents & Leaders to share best practices, strategies, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and complete required paperwork accurately for new policies and claims processing.
Training and Development : Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the insurance industry.
