Position : Relationship Manager
Location : Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Guwahati, Jorhat
CTC : 4 to 5 LP+ Incentives+ Bonus
Experience : 3 to 4 years experience in Sales Or Marketing/ Banking/Insurance/ BFSI any sales
Job Description :
- Recognizing new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies
- Set and met sales earnings targets
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
- Designing and planning various sales activities
- Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
- Researching competitors' products, prices, and marketing insights
- Sustaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops

- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer fantastic customer service
- Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently
- Good managerial skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
