Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To Identify and plan customer visits regularly to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate new orders and fulfill repeat orders.
- Enable customers to place orders using digital tools and bring more digitization to the pre - order process.
- Onboard customers and drive continuous transactions to meet GMV forecast and revenue targets through a combination of physical hunting and farming enabled by digital tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery and quality standards and handling any customer queries.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, logistics, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Introduce new products and categories to the market as per company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations at the local level and as per company standards and policies.
