- Controlling sales for the organisation by creating a business strategy that addresses revenue, expenses, and sales.
- Achieving anticipated sales targets.
- Assigning the sales team individual goals for sales.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing required reports on outcomes.
- Supervising the sales team's actions and output.
- Working together with marketing to generate leads.
- Your salespeople's continuous training.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
