Job Description :
1. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
4. Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
5. Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
6. Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
7. Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
8. Meeting sales/revenue targets.
9. Ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills :
1.Graduation is mandatory.
2. Age : 24 to 38
3. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Leadership and team management skills.
7. Customer-oriented.
