Responsibilities and roles :
- Recruit, hire, and train sales personnel.
- Set sales targets, compare performance to targets, and adjust targets as needed.
- Create individual quotas for team members and assign territories.
- Provide detailed and precise sales projections.
- Quality advisor recruitment and development.
- Prospective advisors are recruited by selling career opportunities.
Candidate Desired :
- Graduation/degree Bachelor's in any field is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing in any industry is required.
Age range : 21 to 38 years.
- Local candidates are chosen first.
- Full-time employment
Salary range : 325,000.00 to 450,000.00 per year
