Roles and responsibilities :

- Create, preserve, and enhance new and current connections with our clients.

- To better serve the demands of our clientele, develop new customer relations and sales processes (and enhance those that already exist).

- Take on some of our most difficult customer accounts and transform them so that they not only agree to stick around but also adore our product.

- Find cross and up-selling opportunities, and where appropriate, send these to the sales team.

- To continually endeavor to increase our consumer base, attend networking events and reach out to possible new clients.

- Act as a point of contact for our clients and respond to any complaints, queries, or problems in a timely, competent, and efficient manner.

- Get a thorough awareness of our offering and take on the role of brand advocate.
