Role and Responsibilities:

- As a Relationship Manager/Client Account Manager in the banking sector, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients

- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions

- Generating new business and achieving sales targets

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns

- Promoting various banking products and services to clients

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs

- Keeping updated with market trends and competitors' activities

Candidate Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- A graduate degree in any discipline

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in corporate sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Stability in the current organization for a minimum of 1.5-2 years

- Good communication skills
