We are looking for Relationship Managers for a leading banking firm in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Understanding including sizing up of the Industry and crystalizing the target universe and then cherry picking within

- Identification of prospects for :

- Investment Banking proposal(s)

- Debt Syndication in the nature of Structured Finance, Domestic and FDI

- Term Loans and Working Capital Solutions

- Private Equity

- Mergers & acquisition transactions

- Advisory Services for Capital and Corporate Re-structuring

- Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals

- Handling the Transaction, End to end from Sourcing to closure

- Negotiation with the Stakeholders for Mandates, closure of Term Sheets and

Finalization of Deal Structure

- Support the preparation of Collaterals including :

- Pitch Book - carrying the credential of the firm

- Analysis of the Target Company/Sector

- Data Collection, Information Memorandum and Cash flow statements for the Transaction

- Industry Analysis for the relevant geography

Key Requirements :

Essentials Skills: Networking, Interpersonal, Analytical and Organizational

- Desirables Skills: Multitasking & working Independently, Local Linguistic Knowledge

- Sound understanding / knowledge about various Industries/sectors, Financials products and Structures

- Proven track Record in fast paced, high Growth & Competitive Environment

- Ability to work with multiple Stake holders both internal and external - temperament to be able to handle the conflicting situations

Educational Qualification : 

Management Degree from Premier Management Institutes and/or First attempt

- Rank holder Chartered Accountant with relevant experience

Having an Engineering Degree shall be an added advantage.
