- Roles and Responsibilities of Preferred Relationship Manager:

- Keep the customer updated on program features.

- Ensure timely customer communication on requests and concerns raised.

- Utilizing the sales resources for optimal sales support. Third-Party Products, Assets, Cards, etc.

- Give clients personalized advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to their inquiries

- Relationship Managers analyze the company's communication strategy, negotiations, and contracts to identify trends that can improve organizational procedures.

- Proactive complaint management through feedback from customers.

- Keep the customer updated on program features.

- All customer queries and complaints are being resolved within TAT.

- Customer is informed about any regulatory or process change.

- Attrition control of customers Achieving Month to Date (MTD) and Year to Date (YTD) Revenue Targets B.

- Managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer.
