Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Position : Relationship Manager
Experience : Min. 2 to 3 years in Sales and Marketing
Location : Surat, Vapi, Bharuch, Anand, Vadodara, Rajkot
CTC: Up to 2.80LPA + Incentives + Bonus + Other Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and motivate the team members
- Provide leads to the team members
- Handling clients on the field
- Finding and sourcing new clients
- Preparing the weekly and monthly reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Give information about new products
- Giving sales presentations to the clients
- Researching new strategies and using knowledge for improving performance
