Job Description:-
1. Deliver month on month targets on Loan Disbursal, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health, `well aware about the local market & good knowledge of working capital products.
2. Relationship Management on boarded Clients & Focus to increase the book size and profitability of the portfolio.
3. Ensuring that the Utilization in the portfolio is above the prescribed norm.
4. Manage Connector Engagements and have a good connect with them & Trade associations.
5. Closely work with Credit team for loan appraisal and effective risk management.
6. Client/account management throughout the tenure of relationship.
Products:- SME- (working Capital- TL, WCDL, Machine loan, etc,)
