Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-7 yrs)
Job Purpose:
as a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Identifying and acquiring new clients through various channels such as referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the insurance industry, as well as competitor activities, in order to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as the company's policies and procedures.
- Preparing and submitting reports, as well as maintaining accurate records, of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
