Relationship Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To generate leads and use enablers for lead generation.
- To meet 3 new customers everyday
- To provide sales and services and up-selling product with existing customers
- To ensure branch staff activation for every quarter
- To train and skill partner for selling and pitching our product
- To ensure 100% of branches with minimum 2 to 3 sp license holders and support them with the same to drive the business target achievements.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in LI Qualification graduate preferable Age 35yrs Max
- Experience of 1 yr sales Life insurance Industry either in current or previous years of experience.
- Should be flexible to work on field sales.
- Should have experience in local market and speak local languages as well.
