Job Title : Relationship Manager for Banca Channel in Patna
Job Summary :
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the sale of insurance products through the Banca Channel in Kolkata. They will be required to lead and manage a team of Banca Channel Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sale of insurance products through the Banca Channel in Kolkata
- Manage and lead a team of Banca Channel Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with bank partners and clients to ensure business growth
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and improve existing products and services
Candidate Profile :
- Age: Between 21 to 38 years
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales
- Education: Graduation complete in any stream
