Relationship Manager - Sales/Alliances - Bank (1-4 yrs)
We are currently looking for a sales manager for the sales and marketing departments. The right candidate will manage, train, and motivate sales staff, handle sales targets, and find clients.
Role and responsibilities
- To attain an established monthly sales target of 75 Demat A/C according to location and revenue per month.
- To ensure successful acceptance of all promotional and contest attempts.
- Coordinate and conduct training for partners and bank employees.
- Supporting the channel partner on joint calls is a must-have.
Desired candidate profile:-
- Customers receive personalized customer service.
Graduate: 1-3 years of experience in Banking Sales.
- Customer Orientation
- High energy levels with a motivation to accomplish.
CTC :: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
