- We are hiring Relationship Manager for Insurance sector - agency channel
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Locate marketing and sales opportunities in the designated districts.
- Watch out for district sales representatives following business policies and procedures.
- Engage channel partners and develop your relationship with them to achieve your business goals.
- Create and carry out a sales strategy to assist the team in capturing the distributor's full attention, fulfilling goals, and enhancing channel market share.
- Review team performance in relation to the plan, and provide them with career guidance to help them achieve.
- Ensure the company's quality and viability.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 25 to 40 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 to 6 Years in sales or Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 300,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year
