Relationship Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment and management of Agents : Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review agent's performance.
- Help them achieve maximum business.
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
- Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Seek new customers and increase sales
Key Performance Indicators : Agent Recruitment
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.
- Position of Team Leader.
Required Candidate Profile :
Channel : Agency Channel
Pay Roll : On Roll
Qualification : Minimum Graduation is Compulsory
Experience : Minimum 1 To 3 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
Age : 22 to 38 years.
