The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Managing Outbound Calls And Customer Service Inquiries.
- Generating Sales Leads That Develop Into New Customers
- Identifying And Assessing Customers- Needs To Achieve Satisfaction.
- No Sales Target, Only Have To Achieve Standard Talk time For The Attendance Purpose.
- 6 Days Proper Training With Some Assessments Which Has To Be Completed.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C), Sales Operations / Support or Telesales role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- Should Be Able To Speak And Understand Hindi Language As Well to cater the role
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
