Relationship Manager - Partner Retention/Inside Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)

one of our client is India's largest Free and Unbiased Financial Education Company, with a team of over 500 Wealth Doctors (Certified Financial Advisors) proficient in 13 different languages. Headquartered in Bangalore, having centers spread across 13 locations, we cater to the consumers from about 650 towns in India.

Responsibilities:

- Looking for inside sales executives (Male/Female) who would be responsible for educating and selling various financial products.

- It is B2B sales/ corporate sales/ end to end support to the business clients 


- You are going to acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

- You will be connecting to big corporate clients, agents and selling our leads to them.

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationships.

- Our major clients/ customers are - HDFC Life Insurance, Edlewise Tokiyo Life Insurance, RBL Bank and many more.

- We expect you to have strong communication skills, convincing skills and negotiation skills.

Requirements :

- Good communication and smart worker

- Should Be efficient in converting interest into sales

- Good Selling and negotiations skills

Education: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate with or without relevant experience

- Graduation pursuing candidates are not eligible

- Years of Experience: Fresher to 6+ months

Functional Experience : Telesales/ Telecom/ Tele-calling/ BPO

Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and English speaking candidates

Age: Maximum 27 years

Salary- 16,000 to - 25,000 + Incentives

Career gap: not more than 1 year gap ; for that also appropriate reason must be there

Office Timing: 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.

Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Two Saturdays off)
