Position title : Online Relationship Manager

Department : Digital Acquisition
Qualification : Min Graduate
Experience : 1 - 4 years exp in sales
Purpose of the Job :
- To acquire clients digitally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist prospects in the DIY Journey and guide them in the account opening process.
- Promote / Pitch benefits of trading
- Maintain high quality standards - provide all prospects with a WOW experience.
- Ensure all leads contacted within Stipulated TAT.
- Regular Follow up on all pending leads.
- Cross Sell 3rd party products.
