Relationship Manager - NRI/HNI/Wealth Management - Bank (2-10 yrs)
Designation: NR Relationship Manager.
Location : Hyderabad / Delhi.
Qualification : MBA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for NRI Account Acquisition & Balance Build up for a cluster/ collection of branches
- Manage a team of NRI Relationship Officers - provide road map and support for acquisition build up
- Self-source Higher Value Customers
- X-Sell/ Drive Remittance, Other products, TPP
- Ensure portfolio quality metric and manage customers post M+3
- Quality of acquisition/ FTNR for mapper region
Thorough knowledge of NRI KYC, documentation & acquisition process
- Understanding of NRI catchment/ season/ segments
- Ability to drive activities in in branch/ catchment/ NRI centric events
- Attain sourcing & on boarding metrics
- Value build up while working with RM/ VRM till M+3
