Relationship Manager/Manager/Senior Executive - Retail Asset (3-4 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position title: Relationship Manager
Location: Indore
Department: Retail Assets
Organizational relationships
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Formal Qualifications Any
Minimum Experience 3-4 years
Products : Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan against Property, Personal Loans, Mortgages
Key responsibilities
- Must have experience in selling different kinds of loans - Mortgage Loans, Home Loan, Personal & Business Loan.
- Act as facilitator between clients and banks for loans.
- Must have experience in sourcing of clients through open market, CA's, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Tax Consultants and References.
- Must have knowledge of executing end-to-end fulfillment of loans from sourcing - login till disbursement.
- E2E tracking of cases generated by Telesales and Self
- Knowledge of basic credit and eligibility.
- Good Network of customers and agents.
- Ability to achieve Sales targets.
Behavioral Competencies :

- Market Presence - Good Market Network of Chartered Accountant, Bank Relationships & Builder Relationship.
