Relationship Manager/Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Sales Management : Achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
2. Marketing Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns for loan products and generate revenue from it. Also work on activities to build a brand image of the company.
3. Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience: High performer with 2-3 years experience in Sales in
Financial Services/Education/MFI/Mortgages/SME loans/Insurance
- Experience in direct sourcing, front-ending customer
- Knowledge of English and local language; good communication skills/Minimum Graduate.
