Relationship Manager - Insurance Industry

What you will do :

- Seek and acquire new working relationships with our partner insurance brokers & their associated branches across North India

- Travel to underwriting offices to develop partner relationships and drive better prices on EB products

- Actively analyze and identify gaps in existing quote requests to optimize pricing on large insurance deals

- Suggest better terms and negotiate with the insurers directly, in order to support our team of placements analysts

- Contribute to our overall Sales & Growth engagement strategy with Insurers and TPAs - and execute on these strategies to build strong working relationships

- Interact with the Sales team, help them analyze claims, policies, negotiate better quotes from insurer- s, enable sales teams to close deals faster and easier

- Contribute to special projects with Sales Head, Placement Head, CEO, CRO, and COO

- Be responsible for knowledge management and dissemination, sharing placement insights and best practices with teammates

Who we are looking for :

- An EB professional with minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a placements role

- Well-established contacts with leading insurers and TPAs with ability to create new relationships.

- Deep understanding of claim analysis, underwriting, risk analysis, and quote negotiation

- Strong negotiation skills & attention to detail with a CAN DO attitude

- Capacity to think beyond traditional insurance legacy mindset

- Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft office, including Excel

- Fluency in English, Hindi &/or other relevant regional languages

- Excited to travel, meet people, and build life-long relationships
