Relationship Manager- Home Loan/LAP (5-10 yrs)
Looking for professionals for a Relationship Manager role with a Foreign Bank in their Retail Banking domain, having exposure in handling the retail assets products like Home loan, LAP, Mortgages.
Location- Mumbai
Experience- 5-10 years
Responsibilities :
- Spearheading the end to end activities related to the Asset Products i.e Home Loans/ Mortgage,
- Handling the sourcing, operation & credit process of retails assets
- Execute sales strategies and market plans resulting increase sales growth and business development for home loan and loan against property.
- Drive and establish entire Retail business portfolio, primarily on the Retail Assets division Viz; HL, LAP, Mortgages etc.
- Tie up with Builders, Brokers, DSA (The aggregators) for sourcing business, maintain good relationship with HNI Clients & generate references from them.
- Maintaining excellent relations with Customer for referrals and repeat business.
