Job Role:

- Sourcing of new customers for secured and unsecured loans.

- Handling clients and close entire sales to achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets.

- Generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of defined products.

- Understand secured and unsecured loans of various banks and NBFCs to cater to sources clients.

- Creating a database of disbursed clients for generating regular flow of business.

- Working in a compliant and transparent manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generating business through open market, references, brokers, CAs, builders and internal BPO leads etc.

- To identify and add new potential sources in Delhi/NCR for generating leads of HL/LAP and Business Loans.

- Executing the sourced files with laid down process and support from internal operations/credit team.

- Meeting clients and prospects to conduct proper need analysis and explain products by identifying and assessing customers needs and provide the right solution by implementing and adhering to the Need-Based Selling Model.

- Engage with existing customer base and network for contributing business volumes via self-sourced leads.

- Constantly build and increase the network of referral partners to create a regular active base for sourcing quality leads for mortgage business.

- Up-sell & Cross-Sell other financial products basis customer requirements.

- Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets.

- Render prompt post-sales service to customers.

- Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business numbers.

- Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required.
