Relationship Manager - Fixed Deposits (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Grade : AM II/MI
Qualification : Graduation/ MBA
Locations : Mumbai - Prabhadevi / Vile Parle / Ghatkopar
- Sourcing of deposits (fresh+ renewal) from brokers and open markets
- Ensuring renewal of fixed deposits, and 5% direct deposits
- Responsible for empanelment of new brokers, per month
- Managing broker empanelment program per quarter and maintaining broker activation
- Coordinating with payments team for timely payment of invoice as received
- Ensuring that FD receipt is delivered to the customer on time
- Training of branch employees on deposit
Ideal candidate for Relationship Manager / Fixed Deposit :
Financial Product Knowledge - A perfect RM is a candidate who has a well versed knowledge about Financial Products.
Distribution Knowledge - He must understand how does the distribution channel works, like who are Corporate brokers, Retail brokers.
Knowing Competition - A thorough knowledge of completion is a must. He should know the respective ROI in competition, their market share, their broker strength etc.
- A sub broker base A candidate who have an existing set of Brokers under him shall find it easy to set up a distribution base.
