Relationship Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial and insurance needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their insurance portfolios and identify opportunities for additional coverage or adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assess clients' financial situations and insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable life insurance products and coverage options to meet clients' needs and financial goals.
- Explain policy terms, benefits, and premiums in a clear and understandable manner.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
