Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Documentation of details from client for each Requirement
2) Clarifications of queries from client Regarding the Requirement.
3) Review resumes and tracker data to match JD details from client.
4) Ensuring follow up with the clients and candidates on periodic basis.
5) Market trends, Competitive trends & New ideas / approaches
Must Haves
Energetic and Enthusiatic
Aggressive RM who can manage the client as well as drive net-new business.
Should be a go-getter and must work in sync with client speed
Candidate can be male / female. But should be a real live-wire!
Candidate should be willing to meet customer frequently or when required.
Salary: INR 18k (Package may Vary according to the Experience)
Good communication in English.
Should be ready to travel when required.
having two wheeler is a plus
