Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage any problems that a client may bring to the business
- Relationship managers build strong connections with customers and clients.
- Possessing a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Relationship managers are responsible for building and keeping good relationships with clients
