Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Building and keeping excellent relationships with clients is the responsibility of a relationship manager in the insurance sector, such as at Life Insurance. They serve as clients' main point of contact and work to comprehend their insurance requirements in order to offer suitable solutions. Assuring customer pleasure, retention, and sales growth is the main goal.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- This includes understanding their insurance requirements, offering suitable products, and providing support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Promote insurance products and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Assess customer needs, analyse financial situations, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Customize insurance plans to meet individual requirements and explain policy features, terms, and conditions to clients.
- Ensure all customer documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collect and verify necessary documents for underwriting and claims processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Min. 2 Years Exp. In BFSI sales
- Good knowledge of insurance products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
